I have HACs entities that are showing as no longer provided. Example, I use frigate provided from hacs and there is a frigate card update that shows this issue. I downloaded the latest how do I know if it's still needed?

HACS has nothing to do with the operation of anything you download using it
Seems like you have an issue with the Frigate integration or its custom card, which probably means that Frigate itself is misbehaving. Look there

I don't see any integration issues alerts working, cameras working so not sure.
That was also an example I have others like system monitor integration saying packets in eth0, ipv4 eth0, entity id is sensor and they are not provided. Like an update removes things but doesn't remove the entities.
