My Voice PE just came in the mail. Plug it in, lights turn on, listed in Bluetooth devices on my phone, but it isn't being discovered by HA. My HA had no problem finding other devices (phones, Google Home devices, etc).
I'm not seeing anything else to try in the docs as I don't have bluetooth from my server.
Any ideas?

when you say its listed in bluetooth devices. do you mean inside the companin app or just on a normal bluetooth scan?
if its showing on normal scan but not in companion app then its probably a companion app permissions issue

I've tried it on two phones, two accounts with admin
both have location and bluetooth enabled
Any chance there's a CLI I can use?

if the campanion app can see bluetooth it will appear on the devicees list as a new device on the app. you dont have to pair to it prior to this. if the app cant see it then its a setting or premission issue
however i think if plug in via usb you can reflash the firmware and you can add wifi credentials as part of this process
once its on the network then HA should find it and you can add it as you would with any other device from any system
