Some amazon RGBW LEDs i ordered just arrived and i just unpacked them and connected them to my Pi and HA Zigbee controller. When i try to make the LEDs white they just turn off, is this something im doing wrong or something wrong with the LEDs? video attached.

What do the led ICs look like on the strip. There should be the standard RGB side, then the other side of the ic is the white channel, I'm wondering if you got the wrong strip or a bunk controller
