#Desperate for help on my ZigBee button situation

Getting right into it, the problem is my zigbee buttons intermittently decide to not work. What I mean by that is I press the button and nothing happens. Now usually if i keep trying, like pressing it every 5 seconds or so, within 15-20 seconds it will work. Or if i take the battery out and put it back in, it works immediately 100% of the time. Now I know the thought is its the buttons themselves, the batteries are low, the buttons are defective, something like that. Except ive had about 15 Aqara buttons apart of my ecosystem working fine, not exhibiting this sort of behavior for 6+ months. Then randomly it started happening. I have even spent the money and effort swapping the majority of them out to ThirdReality buttons. Which i actually like more regardless. But they started exhibiting the issue as well!

When the buttons decide to not respond, looking at my HA Supervisor logs i dont even see the attempt \ error or anything on ZHA. So to me its like the zigbee command\signal is never coming off the button or making it to my HA instance. Also worth noting, if i use the HA dashboard to toggle the light directly(which is what the button does via a triggered automation) it WORKS 100% of the time. I never see an issue if i use HA to toggle devices states. The intermittent issue only happens like i said when pressing the button where ill get nothing happening.

[My HA Ecosystem is as follows...]

SLZB06 Coordinator on Channel 15

68 zigbee devices, half of them are battery powered devices like motion sensors, vibration sensors, buttons, water sensors, etc. The other half are mains devices like light bulbs, smart outlets, etc. So I should have plenty of coverage.

Aqara M3 Hub on Channel 11. This is present because I have 3 of the Aqara T1M ceiling lights. And while I originally had them paired with the SLZB06 Coordinator, they would randomly act erratic, turning themselves on, etc. After research and stuff in order to update the lights firmware you had to get them directly on an Aqara coordinator, which is why i got this M3 hub for them only. Which did immediately resolve their erratic behavior for a year now. I simply have this M3 Hub adopted into HA via HomeKit.

[Things ive tried]

Swapping 95% of the Aqara buttons out for ThirdReality Buttons - problem still exists with ThirdReality buttons
Disabling some of the 2.4GHz radios on my Unifi networks APs to prove out any interference issues - problem still exists

Im at a loss on what to do next

Maybe (I'm new to HA) ensure your zigbee USB (if you're using one) is a far from electrical interference as you can get. I used a usb hub to get distance from HA and the modem. It resolved a bug or 2.

Yea. That would definitely make sense and be applicable id say if every situation there was communication problems. But in this case, its a SLZB06 powered via PoE, so not USB nor near any type of USB3 interference. Also, as i described, if i use the HA app to toggle my light bulb, it works 100% of the time. To me that means the SLZB coordinator talking directly to the bulb. So nothing wrong with the coordinator. Its only when i use a zigbee button, which is then zigbee button talking to SOMETHING, then talking to zigbee coordinator, where the button alot of the times doesnt do anything. So based on that, it tells me it cant be interference with the main slzb coordinator.

Hi, I use the same Zigbee coordinator, with Zigbee2Mqtt. Does the map function say something useful? I mean, bad connection, or buttons linked to the same Zigbee device, etc...
