Restore Automations

All my automations disappeared, not sure when or how but I do have backups. Is it possible to just restore the automations from a backup?

afaik, backup is just your config folder - you can either extract it to its place or just revert (what is correct word?) your system to the backup

I just tried this to see if it would work. I browsed to HA's backup folder.

Inside was a bunch of .tar (compressed) files.
