#New Home Assistant Green not working: error messages

I have just bought a new Home Assistant Green with the Zigbee/Matter dongle. I have plugged it into the power and my network router, but I cannot reach it through http://homeassistant.local:8123/ nor the app. It is visible to my router, and I can ping it.

Using http://homeassistant.local:4357/, I get the following status message:

I do not think that I can SSH into my HA as I have never configured this feature. I will look into resetting. Thank you.
