I am using HA in the most recent version, that is Core 2025.2.5, OS 14.2.
From the beginning using voice assistant Alexa via the Nabu Casa Cloud Account the skill works just a day or two, then stops working.
Telling Alexa something like "Switch the light xy on" the answer is then something like "The skill for this entity is not activated".

When I deactivate the skill in the app, logout from the cloud account, and then go through the official configuration manual from Nabu Casa, it works again.
One or two days later it stops again working.

I am quite frustrated. Is there a special trick?

Is there some previous skill associated with the same entities?

Or do you possibly have another forgotten instance of HA running?
