Losing data when chanching the sensor integration

Hi all,
I am at a lost here.
I changed my integration for measuring my production and consumption from P1 monitor to Homewizard.
So my old entities

sensor.p1_meter_energy_import_tariff_1
sensor.p1_meter_energy_import_tariff_2
sensor.p1_meter_energy_export_tariff_1
sensor.p1_meter_energy_export_tariff_2

will be replaced by new entities,

sensor.smartmeter_energy_consumption_high_tariff
sensor.smartmeter_energy_consumption_low_tariff
sensor.smartmeter_energy_production_high_tariff
sensor.smartmeter_energy_production_low_tariff

But if my old integration the P1 monitor goes offline i lose all my old date because the entities are offline in the energy dashboard.
How can i preserve this date so i can take the old integration offline and remove its entities?

Even if you delete entities, the statistics data stays in the database, and you can still include it to energy dash.

I think it will show an alert triangle in the config page but you can ignore it.

Or you can rename entities so that the new entities just inherit the old data
