It's not "sleep mode" per se, but with the HA Android app, you can send commands to adjust your phone's Do Not Disturb mode, screen brightness, volume etc. I approximate turning on "sleep mode" from HA by doing this.

theres a few ha commands that my s23 doesnt react to kindly but routines works (blue light filter, for example), what you do is set the trigger in routines as "notification recieved", and then send a notfication to your phone from ha with whatever text you pick. you can also have ha clear the command afterwards
