#Which Zigbee radio type for SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus Gateway?

I'm wanting to add Zigbee to my HA, so purchased a SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus Gateway from the recommended hardware list on the integration instructions. I've plugged it in and went to add the integration, but I'm not sure which of these radio types I need to select?

Ok, reading more - it seems that this device should be autodetected by HA, but it is not 😦

Any ideas on what I should do next, I tried restarting HA to no avail. MY HA is running on HAOS on bare metal hardware.
