Hello Dear Community,
I bought a Nuki 4.0 Pro smart lock. I would like to use matter protocol to connect my device to home assistant to have lower battery usage when using it remotely.
First of all I installed OpenThreadBorderRouter Addon. The Boarder Router I used is a newly bought Sonoff Dongle-E with Thread Border Router firmware.
After I installed Matter Server and I added both OTBR and Matter into the integrations.
I went to Nuki and enabled Matter feature.
Than a new integration called Thread showed up in integrations and created a new Thread Network.
Here I went to the settings of the thread network and choosed it to use on iPhone mobile app as Credentials.
After I went to Home Assistant Companion App and Troubleshooting menu and Thread and here I clicked "Transfer it to Home Assistant" I hope I wrote it correctly mine is not English.
Than I went into integrations and clicked to Add new Integration and Choosed Add new matter device, than I choosed its a new device and I scanned the QR Code.
After 3 minute its showing Pairing Failed. Sometimes its only "Connecting" sometimes it goes trought and stucks at "Setting it up" or something like that in English.
I would like to get some help because this makes me really crazy, I already reinstalled all addons and integrations. I restarted all devices included Nuki.
Im using the latest stable Home Assistant OS and Home Assistant Core and Im using the latest version of OTBR and Matter Server and the latest firmware of Nuki Pro 4.0.
IPV6 is enabled in Home Assistant Settings - System - Network. Its on automatic.
