Remote access after gap in subscription

Hi, I setup remote access for my HA RPi install and everything was working fine. I was on the one month free trial and of course I forgot to start the paid subscription before the free one ran out. I have now started a paid monthly subscription, however I cannot reconnect remotely. On my nabu Casa account I see this:

I’m not near the place where the HA is now so can only try remote access until I’m next there

Is this expected?

The connection begins at the HA end just as it does when activated the first time. You need to start at the Home Assistant Cloud page and sign in with the Nabu Casa account
