Subject: What happens with the Aqara entities? Most of them do not appear in the Home Assistant, only on/off and diagnostics.
What is the solution?
HomeKit (with Aqara hub)
Matter (with Aqara hub)
Zigbee network with ZHA or Z2M (with SMLIGHT hub)

There is no official Aqara integration for Home Assistant, it is just adding Aqara devices using HomeKit or using Matter. With HomeKit and Matter, most entities are not visible or available, only on/off and diagnostics.
I have yet to test the option to add Aqara devices to Home Assistant using only a Zigbee hub such as SMLIGHT.
The issue of Aqara device entities not being available in Home Assistant, I think, is not a surprise or news.
I just ask if a well known problem has a solution, as long as there is no full Aqara integration for Home Assistant.

They sell plentys of different ones with various connectivity options so the right way of using them through homeassistant differs significantly
Searching for integrations for Aquara lists that you should try to join them either as matter or zigbee device
Which of those options will be correct is specific to each device and about how well they stick to standards / are recognizable by those integrations

I have found that there are many non standard, proprietary attributes and sensors on Aqara devices - especially the Matter ones. If you can’t get something in HA, consider using the Aqara hub and automations in the Aqara app to control a HomeKit switch which can then be recognized in HA
