hey guys, I just installed HAOS using proxmox on a mini PC yesterday
it seems like the memory usage is pretty high, is that normal?
if not, how can i debug it and lower it?

Very common misunderstanding what this actually shows. Check the memory usage inside HAOS directly with the glances addon.

what's the proxmox memory shows then? shouldnt I be worried it's over 80%?

It shows used memory and cache as well.

I see, and what should be a stable memory usage for haos (in glance)? considering 4GB allocated?

That's different for every installation. 4G is usually sufficient.
