Cloud backup 404 on restore | Home Assistant | Page 1

Long story short SD card died in my pi this morning. I figured no problem, imaged new one, put in, signed into nabu casa in home assistant, go to backup section, click apparently the only backup it had, hit restore, enter encryption key and am greeted with an error saying 404.

Went to the site downloaded backup tar file, try to extract it and it says corrupted. Any advice? Absolutely frustrated that as it stands I've lost my entire house. I guess shame on me for not backing up to git apparently as it's more reliable

what's the date on the backup?

And yes, there is only one backup up to 5GB stored in cloud. You would not expect to see others and only the most recent.

the date on the backup was yesterday(19th) it was 2025.2.3 and i thought maybe since i resintalled at 2.4 that maybe mattered, i switched to it to no avail
