I have a problem with the Home Assistant Green which I recently got. I've plugged in power and ethernet, and it's displaying a white light. No other lights. Connecting to a monitor shows no signal. I've tried resetting it, but still the same issue, no matter how long I hold the power button after plugging in the power cable. Does anyone have any idea if I'm doing something wrong, or if there's something wrong with the device?

Have you tried the reset procedure with a microSD card yet?

No, I don't have a microSD or a card reader to write to it

The microSD reset reinstalls the operating system. That might fix it.
