Since 15th of February my neato D3 connected went offline and I found the following log messages:

Logger: pybotvac.account
Quelle: components/neato/hub.py:30

Your robot <robot name> is offline.
Your robot <robot name> is offline.

Removing the robot and integration and readding does not mitigate the issue.

On https://support.neatorobotics.com the follwoing banner is shown D3-D7 servers under maintenance!.

Are there any information wether the api will come online again or neato stop to support D3 - D7 via https://developer.neatorobotics.com?

Neato is closing down, so it is a matter of time before their servers go offline permanently. I migrated from Neato to Roborock to mitigate this.

I think a mitigation with a price of about €1000 is a bit excessive. But as long as I can control my vacuum cleaner via an app, I will refrain from controlling it via Home Assistant.
