Frigate+ labeling questions

Should a license plate have readable numbers when labeling them? or can it be a license plate far away with no visible letter(s) or numbers?
Can i label a bus as a car? Im not adding trucks as of now under car.

there are plans to grab a frame from the high resolution stream for license plate reading
