Sorry to bother you again, it has something to do with the server having HA installed on my M1 Mac via UTM?

It’s possible that it is not the exposed to your network, usually VMs create a subnet, but I’m not the best person to advise you on that :/

Now a personal tip, buy a dedicated hardware to run HA, your life will be so much better haha it can be a Home Assistant Green/Yellow or even RPi 4/5

Looks fine, I would go for 8gb ram if you find one, but 4gb is enough to get started. Make sure you buy a good micro SD card as well, or run from SSD which is even better

More than enough, but the most important is it's quality, because HA will keep writting data the whole time, many cheap sd cards would not handle it
