Error when using the home assistant app | Home Assistant | Page 1

I’m very new to home assistant so I don’t know wether this is a common problem or not, I tried googling it but couldn’t see much.
Whenever I try connecting to home assistant via the mobile app it just shows this error, not sure if it’s something I’m doing or if there is a certain setting I don’t have?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Can you access home assistant in iOS browser?

Thank you for the reply and sorry for the late reply but yes I’m able to use it completely as normal in safari!

Are you using an static IP or homeassistant.local?

In case of local IP/URL: Does the app have the “local network” permission?

Yep all the needed permissions are there and I’m using homeassistant.local

Can you try using the IP address instead?

Did you try the IP on safari as well?

Ah that has fixed it!
