I spent a lot of time with RTSPtoWebRTC and GotoRTC and love that my ip camera feeds are blazingly fast. They start streaming <1sec after loading up a dashboard that includes them.
I just Unifi Protect set up with a Unifi cam, and while I appreciate that they expose the RTSPS, the streams in Home Assistant's Unifi Protect integration are extremely compressed/grainy, and worse, there is a lot of latency (~15 seconds) before they load and start streaming. I've tried all three quality settings, and it doesn't make much difference. Does anyone have a way to speed up the Unifi video stream?
