Basically the title. I have two Schlage BE469ZP (Z-Wave) deadbolts on my home. Intermittently, but more often recently, the keypad becomes completely unresponsive. No lights, no beeps, nothing. The batteries are new. I am able to lock/unlock via HA. Disconnecting the battery and reconnecting fixes the issue (until the next time it happens). My guests have been locked out more than once. My wife is losing faith in my beloved HA solutions. HELP!
Has anyone else had similar issues? Anyone able to resolve it?
