I have a few Eve Smoke detectors that I moved over from my HomeKit setup to Home Assistant and while they were working great to begin with, at some poiint in the last few weeks they have become unavailable and I'm not sure how to track down why.
I'm running HAOS on a MiniPC that has Bluetooth, and I have two Everything Presence sensors with BT proxying enabled, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to diagnose where connections are being attempted/failing. Any suggestions?

Tried both active and passive, removed one of the unavailable devices and it's not re-appeared as a homekit device I can add
