I need to find a fiber cable that fits the following criteria:

until this, i have only worked with ethernet and phone

if you got the "MMF, 550m" type, then it would probably want multi-mode fiber rather than single-mode fiber. the choice you posted here seems good
as long as you do "clean swoops", and don't bend or pull too crazy on the fiber then it should retain it's structure and not break during install
i also recommend bench-testing before doing the actual run, unless you like finding it out it doesn't work after you've installed it all
additionally I recommend burying it at least a foot into the dirt. Nothing quite ruins your day like having a gardener or grandma trying to plant her tomato plants cutting through your cable
