#notify.mobile_app has stopped working

HI Guys

I have had notify.mobile_app working for years but it has recently stopped working and no longer shows!

I have spent hours reading and following the every bit of advice from following links

I have tried renewing and refreshing i have mobile app in HA which shows all my IOS devices and reports correct information

My companion settings are correct and have not changed.
But I have double checked that they are correct.
I have reset the Push ID all notifications are set correct

I have re added server and mobile app but nothing works!

I just went through that after android 15 update. I actually posted just last night that allowing app to always run in background fixed mine.

Maybe you are not using the correct device when sending the push, can you check mobile_app integration to see if you have duplicates there? You can delete all and as soon as you force close the iOS app and open again it will recreate the entries

cheers i have no duplicates as mentioned i removed them all and it picked up same device i can see them in mt opnsesne router with correctmac and ip address which are fixed

@quiet pike If there are no duplicates you can still delete your iPhone entry under mobile_app integration, then force close your HA iOS App and open it again (it will recreate the entry)

Please also check notification permission (make sure it's set to "delivery immediately")

Do you have Apple intelligence enabled? Do you have any focus that could be preventing the delivery?

Also I see you have a group for iOS devices, are you sure the Ids there are correct?
