Hi, I have a few Shelly Bluetooth devices which were working fine and I seem to have lost some functionality post upgrade to 2025.2.

Prior to the upgrade I was able to configure my gen3 wifi devices via the BTHome Integration to be Passive. This allowed my Shelly BLU Door/Window Sensors to be detected by BTHome. Since the new Bluetooth config panel, these devices now appear there instead of the BTHome screen, and when pressing configure, and attempting to check/change the mode I receive a message saying "Bluetooth configuration for remote adapters is not supported"

I also have 3 Shelly Wall Display devices which I'm pretty sure previously functioned as Bluetooth gateways as well, but they now only show up in the Shelly Integration.

Is this expected?

AFAIK you should go via the Shelly integration to configure the proxies, not the Bluetooth or BTHome integrations.

yeah thats right, on the shelly intgration click configure on the device you want to use as a proxy to configure it. keep in mind you need to enable it in the shelly devices ui too
