Running PSU 24x7 or Using MiniPC - Safety comparison | Home Assistant | Page 1

Hi people. Not sure if the channel is correct. Correct me if required. Thank you.
I'm thinking of a using a pc with 24x7 operation. Apps I'm running are plex, home assistant, adguard, (some backup app) etc, nothing power extensive. Currently I have a PC running i5-11400 with Corsair SF600 80 Plus Platinum PSU with Truenas scale.
I want to know if I can run this PSU 24x7 safely or should I get some mini PC like Beelink S12 Pro etc which have barrel plug adapter? Power consumption is not an issue for me.
What I mean from safely is a Platinum PSU would be safer bet than an external powered barrel jack adapter came with a mini pc?
