Multiple users seem to have an issue where the Aqara T1M seems to restart randomly:

I too had this issue in ZHA and Z2M, and the "band-aid" solution was to have it go the previous power settings since it happened so infrequently and at least it would return to its previous power setting.

However, I've been able to trigger this behavior very consistently anytime after a few hours have passed and a manual OTA update check is performed. It seems what is causing it is the daily check for OTA from both ZHA and Z2M.

This issue did not happen with the official Aqara dongle, so I wonder if it's an issue with an OTA cluster?

So, Contact Aqara?
Add issues for ZHA and Z2M and HA does not seem the way to go to me. A post here won't fix anything, though.
