I'm trying to configure Home Assistant to connect to Thread devices (Eve Energy) that have Matter support but I think there is an issue with the Thread portion.
I run my Home Assistant as a VMware ESXi VM. I selected my AppleTV as the router. Does Home Assistant itself still somehow need a radio for Thread or is it using the AppleTV for connecting to the Thread network? if the former, what network-based radio can I use for this? I can't just plug a dongle into the ESXi server since HA can move between servers for VMware high availability.
