Can't reload or remove broken custom integration

I have an integration that recently stopped loading (after upgrading to 2025.2.0). If I click on the 3 dots menu, I can't select reload and even if I select remove, nothing happens. All I can do is disable it, but even then I can't remove it.

I feel like I almost need to remove the custom integration folder on a file level. Does that make sense? What else could I try?

Yes, a few entries show up, but I am not entirely sure what to make of them. This is the one that occurs when I try to remove it:
