#My icons are not lining up properly anymore

After the last update I noticed my icons weren't properly lined up anymore. When I use a browser it's less noticeable, but in the Android app it's pretty bad. Does anyone know what is going wrong?

As far as I know it's all standard. These are entity cards yes.

Just chosen them from the menu. I'm not that experienced with HA, just been running it for a month. Before the last update it looked fine, after the update everything was crooked.

Yes. After the latest update it happened.

It also changed the gas meter icon... And some entity names in the energy department...

There's also nothing in the code I can see that defines the height or size of the icons.
