Anyone know if there are any open source projects that allow 3rd party connection to wired Swann Security cameras? I am not a fan of the Swann Security app as it lacks greatly. So, I wish to use the security cameras with an SBC to control them with open source software if any of that is possible.

The specific camera that I have is apart of the DVR4-5680 system. I am not sure on what cable they use, but I believe it is a Coaxial BNC, as seen in the image.

I knwo that with swann NVR/DVR, you can access RTSP streams from that NVR's IP

however, for the coax camera, I'm not sure if you would be able to connect them directly to an SBC

you might be able to get away with an ethernet to coax adaptor if such a thing exists (it probably does)
