Can I link multiple instances to my nabucasa account?
I'm thinking of installing instances at my parents places. Do they need an own nabucasa account (probably yes, to access the instance)? Can I link their instances to my account to login with the same credentials (for support / configuration) or do need to create new user credentials?

Each instance needs an own subscription. And for now each subscription needs its own account. IIRC they are working on having multiple subscriptions with one account.

But to access another one's nabucasa instance I just need the link and credentials that are allowed to login remotely, right?

To access the HA instance remotely, yes
But not to get access to the NC account itself (payment details and so on.

I was hoping this thread was older so I could ask for any updates, but it looks like its a new one. Being able to have many HA devices on one nabucasa account would be spectacular!

The feature to be able to have multiple subscriptions with one account is worked on, but not available yet.
