#Error in Home Assistant
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Before moving forward, can you try rebooting your iPhone? I know it sounds unecessary but it has helped other users recently
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately rebooting my iPhone did not resolve the problem.
I also get this error too! To sort the problem I shutdown the Home Assistant Green device with the button on its rear and afterwards turn it on again with the button.
How did you configure your green in the app? Are you using static IP?
Export your companion app logs and send me via DM

Are you sure you have local network permission to the app? If its your first time using the app, delete it, reboot your iPhone and install it again
