I am looking to eventually switch almost entirely to fiber. with LC/LC plugs. would this work with fiber in then fiber + ethernet out?

this would go in a spot where i need both ethernet and fiber out. with a fiber line coming in.

personally would look at something with sfp+ and 2.5gbe ready ports
