I restarted, rebooted, removed the backup, excuted via the gui and also using "actions" ....

YES, you are right..... the real filenames are correct..... WTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's the only important info .... at least we have the date and time, and not the rounde "1 day ago" which means nothing ....

if you click on the backup you get more info

on my screenshot, ina few wimutes, they will all have "One hour ago" .... then what ?

An add-on is a Docker container with tweaks to allow it to be configured in the Supervisor UI. It is only available in Home Assistant Operating System and Home Assistant Supervised (#installation-archived) since if you've used any other installation method, you can install software already.
