Matter randomly disconnects after a period of time

So basically my aqara Hub randomly disconnects form home assistant after a while and forcing me to reconnect and than I don't know why it can't "remember" the old settings and have to add new entities for some reason, how do I make it so that I don't have to configure every single automation again!!!

Oh and also one thing is that for the old "ghost entities" I gotta give them a random name and copy and paste the name from the old entity to the new one

And you can't even delete the ghosts entities
