Hello there. I've tried everything I've found online so far with no luck. How can I get the motion detection that I can see is clearly working from my Nest Hello (wired, v1) to trigger a notification through the HomeKit Bridge and to my iPhone? I can see that there is a motion sensor that shows up in the Home App related to my "front door" camera, however it always just says there is no motion detected. How can I pass the motion through the bridge from Home Assistant so Home app knows there was motion???

I've tried this "binary_sensor" approach (https://community.home-assistant.io/t/nest-camera-motion-entities/268166/11) which is also showing activity when motion happens within Home Assistant's Logbook, but the Home app never is made aware of the motion. And yes, I've enabled notifications for activity within the Home app for this camera.

Option 1: use the triggers from the camera device: Option 2: create template sensors find your camera id Create an empty automation Select your camera as a Device, click the 3 dots and select Edit in YAML Save the device ID for later Open your configuration.yaml file and include a sensor template # Templates template: # Templates...
I also can't seem to ever get the stream to load in the Home app. Works fine in HomeAssistant and the snapshots show up just fine in Home, but no stream access
