Automations not saving

Hi all not sure what’s going on here but I’m baffled I’ve looked everywhere to try get these working . This is the error message when trying to save

have you tried developer tools -> check configuration ?

One thing to check, if you just ignore the error and reload the page, or go to your automations list, does it appear to be working like normally, you can find the automation?

This error was added if your server doesn't respond with the new automation loaded within 4 seconds (was initially 2s, then doubled to 4s). If there's some reason why it's exceptionally slow it could be a false error.
