Need help in getting HA to control switchbot curtain 3

Hi all, I've just started my home automation journey. I have HA Green with ZBT-1 set up, and my goal is to control (open/close) my switchbot curtains 3 with my wired wall aqara H1 switches, through HA.

I've recently manage to integrate ESP32 BLE into my HA, and also auto-discovered to add the switchbot curtains as well. But the results of controlling are very inconsistent. Not sure if it's the signal strength that's causing the unpredictability issue, but distance in between is just few metres.

Should I buy another switchbot hub 2 to place nearer to the curtains, and reintegrate into HA via matter instead? But I also read somewhere that HA is still not able to control the curtains via Hub 2?

Otherwise, what other options do I have? 🙏🙏🙏

When I tried to open/close the switchbot curtains, whether via HA dashboard or by Aqara switches, it either only respond after 5-10mins or never at all.

My last resort is to change out all my switchbot curtains to aqara smart curtains, which I'm prefer less.

Unless there are other solutions?
