Hello,
I am stuck with matter server (5.5.1) and Matter integration error, at this point I am out of idea. If I choose ''Use the latest beta version'' then server never starts up. (error image below)
Any help is needed

How many devices are paired to your Matter server? Maybe you it’s easier to delete the Matter integration and addon, instead of solving this issue.

What happens when you delete the addon and reinstall it?

To be sure… I am not talking about the integration, I am talking about the Matter addon.

How old is the machine you are running HA on ?
And what exact CPU ?

so, i guess the problem here is that add-on container updates aren't working?

#

there's two problems here which both stem from that same underlying problem

  • first, they have incompatible matter integration and matter server because the matter server addon is version 5.5.1 (should be 7.0.0)
  • second, the matter server beta addon is also out of date, which means that when it pulls newer versions of the python libraries at startup, they don't work, because those libraries are built for a newer glibc
#

so... some sort of network issue is preventing container pulls from working properly, maybe? This seems like more of a question for #1284966540617449515 if so.
