I've set the TZ envvar but for some reason the times are AM/PM everywhere.
Tried changing the language to "English (GB)" as some people suggested but that didn't help even after restarting HA.
Also tried through the browser language but that didn't work either.
Is this an unsolved problem or am I missing something? Lots of people seem to be complaining about this.
