Can anyone advise on these SONOFF USB Devices?

Hi all, i'm looking to add Zigbee to my setup and people seem to recommend the SONOFF USB 3.0.

The trouble is when i look on amazon i see several.

they appear to be the same thing although reading description they seem to have different firmwares on them. Are they the same and would I need to flash either?

Or should I be using the ZBT-1 instead?

They are different versions with different chips. I'd recommend the SLZB06/SLZB06M ones. They can also work via ethernet and have a webinterface.
That being said, both should work and the ZBT-1 has the same chip as the Sonoff E.
