Heya! I've added the mentioned Eve Thermo Control via HomeKit. It also exposes a Humidity sensor / information.
However when adding it to HA, the sensor's not present.
is there maybe "just" some Matter tag missing and this could be an easy fix?

Homekit is a protocol. You probably mean you have added this device to Apple Home via Matter and to HA ? People often confuse apple home to homekit but they are not the same.

That said... Can you create a bug report on Github for this ?
"Humidity sensor for Eve Thermo Control". If Apple Home shows the sensor, the data is present and we can also fix it. Please include a diagnostics dump in your issue report. Thanks

yes, you're right @crisp wharf and thanks for correcting me… I used Home and HomeKit kinda synonymously because I didn't know the difference really 😄

Do you have a pointer on how to get that diag dump?

Yeah, many people confuse the terms, hence my quest in correcting it haha 🙂
The form to file issue report should tell you how to get the diag dump. There is a button "get diagnostics" on the device page within settings.

In the HA screenshot I do not see any message regarding EVE Thermo Control, it’s an EVE Thermo. EVE Thermo doesn’t have a humidity sensor. 😉
