I have a Blue Charms iBeacon BC021 which is programmable to have both a regular ibeacon and a motion activated ibeacon. It is currently programmed to broadcast the regular ibeacon with a UUID and then broadcast a different UUID when motion is recognized. Currently the home assistant iBeacon integration picks up both but does not set the motion activated iBeacon to away once it stops broadcasting that specific UUID. Can anybody here help me figure out how to get homeassistant to recognize that the motion activated iBeacon is no longer being broadcasted and set it to away? I want to use it for automations focused on when I'm getting ready to leave the house.

I have the same problem and made a thread, no replies though. As far as my research has led me the only way to do this is to use the Blue Charm gateway as a middleman.
