We are excited to introduce the Apollo TEMP-1, a WiFi-enabled temperature and humidity sensor designed for seamless integration with ESPHome and Home Assistant.

Two Versions:

TEMP-1 (USB-C Powered)

TEMP-1B (Battery-Powered) – Uses a rechargeable CR123A or 16340 battery (not included)

Additional Features:

AHT20-F Sensor – Measures ambient temperature and humidity.

RGB LED & Buzzer – Provides audible and visual real-time alerts.

Optional Probes:

1.5m (~5ft) Waterproof Flat Cable (DS18B20) – -55°C to 85°C (-67°F to 185°F), ±0.5°C accuracy. Ideal for fridges, freezers, fish tanks etc.

20cm (~8in) Waterproof Flat Cable (DS18B20) – -55°C to 85°C (-67°F to 185°F), ±0.5°C accuracy.

1m (~3ft) Stainless Steel Food-Safe Probe (NTC) – Max 350°C (662°F). Perfect for grilling, baking, and food prep (not dishwasher safe).

looks great! curious - description mentions it supports "two optional temperature probes" but I only see one 3.5mm jack... do you need to buy a splitter to use 2 probes, or how does that work?
