#All tasmota devices turn unavailable on home assistant (docker) restart - anyone else seeing this?

Tasmota 14.4.1, HA 2025.1.2 all work good unless I restart HA, then all tasmota devices go offline. (Restarting mqtt does not cause any issue).

I'd bet that the MQTT messages aren't retained
