When I create a light group (multiple bulbs), it only shows me "Slider bar" options... The only way I get that color wheel is for individual light bulbs

One of the bulbs in your group likely has no colour support. Remove it from the group and you should get the colour wheel for the group.

They are the same bulb from the same manufacturer. When I select a color individually, it allows me to choose a color wheel... But what I am "trying" to do, is add a "color wheel" to my dashboard for the group, instead of the sliders

Weird... I have a plug (switch to HA) that I set to be seen as a light and added it to a group where the other light is a smart bulb and I still get the colour wheel in the groups more info dialogue.

HA dashboard has never supported this for any light, AFAIK

Thank you SO MUCH! I had to "hold" the button in... somehow that escaped me. LOL. F/U question... Is there a reason my "Effect" choices don't do anything?

I believe any options shown there are limited by the integration itself. I have lifx bulbs and it only shows are 3 options there even though the app has dozens of effects.
