I receive this message when selecting traces

Automations need an ID for history to be tracked. Add an ID to your automation to make it available in traces.

I like to create in yaml as I have my automations separated. When creating automations in UI, it puts them all in the core automations.yaml file

Are you using an !include merge_dir kind of setup?

ok well I guess you'd want to add an id field so you can view traces
