#Migrating ConbeeII to SkyConnect failed

I tried migrating using this: https://connectzbt1.home-assistant.io/migrate-conbee/#from-skyconnect

ConbeeII was on latest firmware and I made all backups as described. However, I was not asked about overwriting IEEE address. I found this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/10x3iv8/migrating_to_skyconnect_from_conbeeii_zha_did_not/
Which stated that it might be related to an old SkyConnect firmware (the official tutorial never stated anything about that firmware). I tried the webui for upgrading the firmware but apparently that only works with the newest devices (even after updating the macOS SiliconLabs drivers), awful experience too be honest. Too make it short: I upgraded the firmware using this: https://github.com/home-assistant/addons/tree/master/silabs_flasher
If I understand the log correctly, that worked. Well, now I have the problem that the migration did not really work and I'm not sure what to do now. The ZHA integration does not seem to initialize anymore (it still states conbee, even though during migration I already clicked on SkyConnect after changing the physical devices), not with any of either devices connected. When I click on configure and migrate to a new radio, it states "unknown error occurred"

I think I'll restore my deconz backup now and try again from the beginning. But for some reason, I cannot delete ZHA, when I click that, nothing happens
